Kevin has over 40 years in retail brokerage managing multi-million dollar books for retail and institutional clients at Canaccord, Wolverton, and PI Financial (now Ventum). He is an expert in market making, deal marketing, structuring, and has a wide network of contacts in smallcap space.

Jerry has over 20 years in capital markets – raising over $200 million for various deals on TSX-V, TSX, OTCBB, and private enterprises in natural resources and emerging technology plays. Prior to Jemini he was the CFO/IR for a prominent global drilling company. He completed his MBA at University of British Columbia & Shanghai Jiatong JV and has his CPA PEP from CPABC.

Hemali is a marketing and sales coordinator with experience in social media marketing, investment analysis and client outreach. She has completed her B.ScH in Biology and Economics at Queen’s University.

Samantha is a marketing and sales strategist with experience in social media marketing, website development, and client outreach through lead generation with the Irwin investors platform. She has completed her BSc and certificate of business at Queen’s University.
Sam Poole
Julian is an Investor Relations Associate at Jemini Capital, where he supports investor communications and capital markets engagement. Earlier experience includes a Data Analyst Internship at Autocase, focused on carbon accounting research and market analysis, and an internship with Scotiabank supporting executive-level customer case management and operational improvements. He brings a blend of investor-facing communication, analytical research, and client engagement experience
Julian Marrero
Jeck is an experienced marketing manager with significant experience in fashion, cosmetics, and real estate marketing experience managing branding, design, photography, PR, merchandising, and all aspects of startups and boutique brands which translates well to junior issuers on TSX/US exchanges. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from La Salle University in Philippines.

He served as Managing Director at Black Quant. Michael served as an Advisory Board Member at StraightWalk and was founding advisor at Li-Cycle which received $100 million in funding from New York government and is listed on NASDAQ at a $3 billion valuation.

Terry worked with Nesbitt Thomson before leaving to form financial advisory firm Salman Partners, where he served as president, CEO, and co-director of research, raising over $3 billion for smallcap mining issuers which today are Fortuna, Goldcorp, and many billion dollar issuers on TSX/NYSE. Today, he is president and CEO of Salman Capital, Chair Emeritus of the Vancouver Public Library Foundation, and Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Singapore. Terry holds a BA from Chaminade University of Hawaii, an MBA from the University of Hartford, and an honorary doctorate from the B.C. Institute of Technology. He received the Order of Canada in 2022.
Terry Salman
Adrian has worked as a professional geologist for over ten years with experience working in the Mining and Exploration industries. He began working for Exploration Companies as an Underground Mine Geologist in the Shasta Gold Silver Mine in Northern BC. He then began work for North American Tungsten Corp. at the Cantung Mine in the Northwest Territories where he was involved in successfully identifying, modeling, and producing ore in addition to known reserves. Since then Adrian has taken his mining and exploration experience from underground and applied it to exploration projects across Canada and the United States. Currently Adrian sits on the boards of ML Gold Corp. and Go Cobalt Mining Corp., and founded Divitiae Resources Ltd. Adrian graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Geology, and has been a member of APEG BC since 2008.

He has completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at University of Mexico and has completed his MBA at New York Institute of Technology. Currently manages commercial real estate lending portfolio and leads lending at a top Canadian institution.
