WESTWARD GOLD ANNOUNCES LISTING ON THE OTCQB VENTURE MARKET

Westward Gold Inc. has received final approvals to begin trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol WGLIF, effective Jan. 10, 2022. The company’s common shares are also now eligible for settlement through Depository Trust Company (DTC), a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. that manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies in the United States. Westward will continue to trade in Canada on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol WG and in Germany on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol IM50.
