Forum Energy arranges $1-million private placement

Forum Energy Metals Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 7,407,407 units at a price of 13.5 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1-million. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of 20 cents per warrant share for a period of 24 months following closing of the offering.

The proceeds from the offering will be used for working capital and the offering is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. Finders’ fees may be payable in accordance with the policies of the TSX-V and all securities to be issued will be subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws.
